MPS: More than 17,000 drunk drivers handled in one month

The Ministry of Public Security released the results of the one-month (from January 1 to January 31, 2020) implementation of the Government’s Decree No.100/2019. Reports showed that the traffic police force across the country handled over 17,000 cases of drink-driving and fined around VND 53 billion. They also suspended 10,695 driver’s licenses and more than 17,000 vehicles.
