Inspection Commission urged to tighten Party discipline in People's Public Security Forces
MPS - Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security and Chairman of the Inspection Commission under the Public Security Central Party Committee (PSCPC), on February 10 chaired a meeting to review the task performance of the PSCPC’s Inspection Commission.
At the meeting, Major General Le Quoc Hung, Member of the PSCPC and Standing Deputy Chairman of the PSCPC’s Inspection Commission briefed the Deputy Minister and other delegates on the committee’s task performance over the past time and its working plan for the first 6 months of 2020.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh emphasized that the Inspection Commission should strengthen inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline in Party organizations of the Public Security Forces in the first 6 months of 2020 in preparation for the organization of the 7th Public Security Party Congress and the 13th National Party Congress.
Particularly, the Inspection Commission should review the apparatus of all Public Security Party Committees and open training courses for officers in charge of Party inspection at all levels. The commission should develop coordination regulations between the PSCPC and its Inspection Committee and provincial-level Party committees to prevent possible wrongdoings in personnel work.
