Accordingly, people and civil organizations show levels of their satisfaction with services of police agencies responsible for handling administrative affairs via:
- Sociological survey: During the time of the sociological survey conducted, people and representatives of organizations who have ever come to the police to do administrative procedures will be selected randomly to answer questions of the survey, showing levels of their satisfaction with the services given by the police units.
- An online survey is conducted at https://forms.gle/wTYF15p3r2g6x6479.
The survey time for both methods will last until June 30, 2019.
Based on the results, the MPS can better understand legitimate needs and expectations of the people and organizations and then draw up measures to overcome shortcomings, promote administrative reforms, and gradually improve the services given by police units at all levels.
