The signing ceremony saw the presence of Major General Nguyen Van Long, Deputy Minister of Public Security and Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien, Standing Deputy Chief of the Supreme People's Procuracy, and representatives of relevant agencies.
In his remarks, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Long emphasized that the work of custody, temporary detention and criminal judgment execution must always comply with the laws. Therefore, the two units need to have effective coordination on the basis of honesty, objectivity and mutual trust.
At the ceremony, leaders of the two units signed a coordination plan on custody, temporary detention and criminal judgment execution in the community in 2022.
