The Prime Minister issued Decision No.04 on Jan 22, 2019 on the establishment, management and use of the Crime Prevention Fund. Accordingly, from March 10, 2019, the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) is responsible for managing the Central Crime Prevention Fund in line with the laws.
