Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Pham Phi Hung, Deputy Commander of the Capital Mobile Police Regiment said that officers and soldiers of the regiment regularly participate in voluntary blood donation programs, contributing to treating sick public security officers and civilian patients.

He pledged, youths of the Capital Mobile Police Regiment will voluntarily donate their blood at least twice a year and actively improve their physical fitness and health to donate more blood.
At the event, some 200 officers and soldiers of the Capital Mobile Police Regiment participated in the blood donation.


The donated blood was then transferred to the National Blood Center of the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion to use in treating patients.
