Particularly, the charitable delegation provided free health checkups and medicines to more than 500 policy beneficiaries, revolution contributors, and poor people in the communes of Thoi Dong and Thoi Xuan (Co Do town).
They also gave 100 packages of rice and other necessities, worth 350,000 VND each, to poor families in the locality.
The total funding for the program is more than VND 120 million, donated by policemen of Can Tho city and other benefactors.
