Dieu was born in 1991. He has had a serious illness so had to leave his office and returned to his hometown in Hamlet 6, Khanh Son commune, Nam Dan district, Nghe An province for treatment.
At the meeting, Major General Pham The Tung showed sympathy to To Ba Dieu and encouraged him to overcome his illness.
Major General Tung then passed VND 100 million as a present from Minister of Public Security General To Lam and VND 50 million donated by officers of the Nghe An Provincial Police Department to To Ba Dieu in support of him during his treatment.
Earlier on April 25, the Youth Union chapter of the Nghe An provincial police visited and presented more than VND 330 million to To Ba Dieu.
Those gifts demonstrated the humanity, solidarity, and sympathy of police officers and soldiers to their comrades in difficulty and misfortune.
