MPS leader pays a visit to police martyr’s family

MPS - Major General Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Deputy Minister of Public Security (MPS) on January 21st led a delegation to visit and extend condolences to the family of fallen Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Pham Thanh Nhan, the traffic police officer died while performing his duty in Ho Chi Minh city.

Reportedly, officer Nguyen Pham Thanh Nhan died on January 2nd while trying to stop a motorbike driving recklessly and dangerously. In recognition of his sacrifice, Nhan was promoted from Lieutenant to Senior Lieutenant and was proposed to be recognized as martyr.

While paying tribute to the fallen officer, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc and the delegation expressed their deep sympathy to Nhan’s family and encouraged them to overcome the pain.

The MPS delegation visit and extend condolences to the family of fallen Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Pham Thanh Nhan.

 

The deputy minister affirmed that Nhan’s sacrifice is the loss of not only the family but also the Public Security Forces in general, the Ho Chi Minh Municipal Police Department in particular.

He set an example of the bravery and good service for other police officers and soldiers. Officer Nhan’s dedication to work should be praised and promoted. He also ask the local police to realize policies for Nhan’s family.

Nhan’s mother, Ms. Vo Thi Nhip on behalf of the family thanked the MPS delegation for the visit. She said that the family is very proud of Nhan who had sacrificed himself for the peaceful life of people.
