Police units nationwide active in charitable activities

MPS - Various police units nationwide organized charitable activities in response to the movement “Studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morals and style”, as well as to mark the 72nd War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27) and the 74th Traditional Day of the Public Security Forces (August 19).

The Provincial Police Department of Quang Nam coordinated with the Youth Union Chapter of Duy Hai commune (Duy Xuyen District) and the Hanoi University of Home Affairs based in Dien Ban commune (Quang Nam) to present gifts to 10 local poor students with outstanding academic records in Duy Hai. The charitable team also joined hands to build a 300-metter road, clean the beach in Tay Son Dong village, Duy Hai commune.

Officers of the Provincial Police Department of Bac Lieu from June 10 to 12 handed over 8 houses of gratitude to 8 families of invalids, martyrs and revolution contributors in the Public Security Forces. The Provincial Police donated 375 million VND to build 3 new houses and upgrade 5 houses. 

Representatives of the Provincial Police of Bac Lieu and local authority present a house of gratitude to Vo Thi Cham’s family (Ninh Quoi commune, Hong Dan District), who is wife of martyr Tran Van Ky, former police officer of Ninh Quoi.


The Criminal Techniques Offices under the Municipal Police of Ho Chi Minh City and the Provincial Police of Binh Phuoc visited the border commune of Dak O, Bu Gia Map District, Binh Phuoc, and presented 100 gifts to poor students with high academic results and 5 gifts to 5 poor teachers and staff of Dinh Bo Linh Primary School. The charitable team also visited the Biological Rescue Center of Bu Gia Map National Park and learned about the rescue, conservation and development of species here.
