Quang Nam police donate money and participate in the building of gratitude house
MPS - Young officers of the Investigation Police Office and the Police Forensic Sciences Division under the Quang Nam Provincial Police Department, in coordination with the People's Committee of Tam Thang Commune, Tam Ky City, on June 22, 2019, started the construction of a gratitude house for Ms. Cao Thi Te's family (66 years old), residing in My Cang Village , Tam Thang Commune. This activity is in response to the 57th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Police Force (July 20, 1962 - July 20, 2019).
Ms. Cao's family is one of the poorest households in Tam Thang Commune. Ms. Cao’s family had to live in a house built by the local government many years ago, and it was seriously downgraded after the flood of 2018.
The young officers of the Quang Nam Provincial Police Department has contributed VND60 million to the construction project. The house is expected to be completed before July 20.
At the ground-breaking ceremony, the young police officers helped the family dismantle the entire old house and started building the new one.
On behalf of the local government, Mr. Chau Thanh Phong, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tam Thang Commune expressed sincere thanks to the young officers of the Quang Nam Provincial Police Department for their financial donation and participation in the construction of the gratitude house for Ms. Cao’s family.
