The project includes the installation of 40 solar-powered lighting poles along nearly two kilometers of rural roads in Tan Loi A hamlet, with a total investment of nearly VND 90 million.

This initiative was launched by the youth of the Ca Mau Provincial Police Department to mark the 95th founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the 70th founding anniversary of the Youth Union of the Ministry of Public Security.

The project does not only illuminate rural roads, facilitating safer travel and daily activities of local residents at night, but also contribute to enhancing crime prevention and maintaining security and order at the grassroots level.
