Dak Lak police assist foreign tourist in recovering lost items

On April 28, 2026, the ward police received a report from Ms. Nicoleth Snalberger (born in 1983, South Africa nationality) regarding the loss of her personal belongings, including her passport, during her stay in Buon Ma Thuot Ward.

Immediately, the police deployed professional measures, mapping the tourist’s journey and reviewing the camera systems along her journey.

After more than two hours of coordinated efforts, the police successfully found the lost items and returned them to Ms. Snalberger.

Upon receiving her belongings, she extended sincere thanks to the police officers for their professionalism, responsibility and friendly behavior throughout the process.
