Minister Luong Tam Quang receives Nebula Energy CEO

Welcoming Mr. Sam Abdalla and representatives of Nebula Energy to the headquarters of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam, Minister Luong Tam Quang affirmed that Vietnam–U.S. relations had seen fast and positive developments in recent years, particularly after the two countries elevated their ties to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in 2023.

Highlighting fruitful outcomes of Vietnam–U.S. bilateral cooperation, the host emphasized that trade and investment continue to be a bright spot as two-way trade maintains steady growth. He added that the U.S. is currently Vietnam’s largest export market, while Vietnam is the U.S.’s eighth-largest trading partner.

Minister Luong Tam Quang underscored that Vietnam wishes to further expand cooperation with foreign partners, including Nebula Energy, in areas of mutual interest and in line with Vietnam’s sustainable development orientation.

On behalf of Nebula Energy, Mr. Sam Abdalla thanked Minister Luong Tam Quang and expressed appreciation for the support and facilitation provided by the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam to foreign enterprises in general and Nebula Energy in particular in their investment and business activities in Vietnam.

He also proposed that Vietnamese authorities continue to support and create favorable conditions for Nebula Energy to implement cooperation projects in Vietnam in the coming period.

Mr. Sam Abdalla affirmed that Nebula Energy is ready to seek opportunities for cooperation in fields of mutual interest in alignment with the corporation’s capabilities.

Concluding the meeting, Minister Luong Tam Quang encouraged Nebula Energy to further strengthen its cooperation and investment activities in Vietnam and urged the corporation to act as a bridge encouraging U.S. enterprises to explore and invest in the Vietnamese market, particularly in the fields of energy, high technology, semiconductors, digital transformation and digital infrastructure.
