MobiFone rolls out 2026 work plan

Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Members’ Council of MobiFone Major General Truong Son Lam chaired the meeting.

Since 2025, MobiFone has been under the management of the Ministry of Public Security.

With its new position and role, MobiFone has swiftly transformed its operational model, and it has succeeded in proactively and comprehensively adapting to the management framework, operational mechanism and leadership method of the Public Security Forces.

At the same time, the corporation streamlined, synchronized and rearranged its organizational structure so as to achieve the highest operational effectiveness and efficiency while closely integrating production, business and technical activities.

As a result, the corporation has reached and surpassed all of its production and business targets, maintained positive growth, ensured financial safety and operational efficiency while accomplishing political, security, national defense and digital transformation tasks assigned by the Ministry of Public Security.

During the year, MobiFone attached much importance to the development of technology, infrastructure, spectrum, cybersecurity, exclusive information networks and digital solutions for the Public Security Forces, which gradually cemented its position as a core digital technology force of the Ministry of Public Security.

In addition, the corporation stepped up strategic cooperation with domestic and international partners, contributing to expanding its ecosystem, raising its competitiveness and its standing in the national telecommunications and digital technology sector.

Addressing the meeting, Major General Truong Son Lam requested that, in the time ahead, MobiFone’s affiliated units continue to further unify their thinking, awareness and action, and evaluate their working effectiveness through their concrete production and business results.

He also emphasized the need to consolidate and strengthen coordination with ministries, agencies, public security units and localities, as well as other partners.

Furthermore, he underscored the importance of building a contingent of capable officials and employees, carrying out support policies, human resource development, and strengthening discipline and regulations in labor practices across the corporation.
