MPS aims to position MobiFone as leading telecommunications and technology enterprise

At the ceremony, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel Lieutenant General Hoang Duc Lung announced the Minister of Public Security’s decisions on the recruitment of eight senior executives MobiFone into the Public Security Forces and the conferral of corresponding public security ranks to them.

In his remarks, Minister Luong Tam Quang warmly congratulated the newly appointed officers, emphasizing that they are all seasoned executives with strong political stance, outstanding professional competence and leadership skills.

Underscoring that MobiFone has a “golden opportunity” to transform itself into one of the region’s leading enterprises under the Politburo’s Resolution No. 57, Minister Luong Tam Quang called on the corporation’s leadership and the entire workforce to unify their vision, boldly renovate their thinking and actions, and effectively implement its development strategy, with a view to making MobiFone a pioneering telecommunications and technology enterprise with its regional and global influence.

On behalf of the newly appointed executives, Member of the Members’ Council and General Director of MobiFone newly-appointed Senior Colonel To Manh Cuong pledged to uphold the proud traditions of the Public Security Forces and work tirelessly to build a strong, united and innovative MobiFone so as to achieve all goals and targets set forth in the corporation’s 2025–2030 Party Congress Resolution.

Speaking at the event, Chairman of the Members’ Council of MobiFone Major General Truong Son Lam reaffirmed the corporation’s determination to innovate, abandon outdated approaches and exert extraordinary effort to fulfill all assigned tasks.

On this occasion, Major General Truong Son Lam launched a 90-day emulation movement across the corporation under the motto “Breakthrough and Speed – Striving for Accomplishments”, aiming to exceed MobiFone’s 2025 revenue and profit growth targets.
