
MPS celebrates Vietnam Law Day 2025
The Ministry of Public Security (MPS) solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate Vietnam Law Day 2025 on the morning of November 7, 2025, in Hanoi.

Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung chaired the ceremony.
Delivering the opening remarks, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung emphasized that the Vietnam Law Day carries profound political, legal, social and humanitarian significance, aiming to honor the Constitution and laws, promote the public awareness of observing laws and uphold human values, citizenships, discipline and ethical standards in society.
He underlined that the organization of annual activities in response to Vietnam Law Day had generated strong resonance across the Public Security Forces, providing each officer or enlistee with an opportunity to deepen their understanding of their responsibility for developing, implementing and enforcing laws so as to foster their trust and lawful behavior in accordance with the Constitution and legislation.
During the event, representatives from provincial and municipal police departments shared their effective and creative models of law dissemination and education, and exchanged valuable experiences and lessons drawn from local practices.
Concluding the ceremony, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung affirmed that the Public Security Central Party Committee and the leadership of the MPS consistently and effectively implements the Party’s guidelines, and is deeply aware of the importance of institution building, legal development for the mission of safeguarding national security and ensuring social order.
He noted that, in recent years, the Public Security Forces have attached great importance to strengthening law dissemination, communication and education with diverse innovative models introduced by public security units and agencies.
The Deputy Minister requested the Department of Legal Affairs and Administrative–Judicial Reforms to build a strong contingent of legal officers equipped with firm political stance, great legal expertise and high professional competence to meet the task requirements in the new situation.
