Public Security fighters bag 14 medals at National Jujitsu Championship 2025

At the 2025 National Jujitsu Championship, held in Nghe An province from September 15 to 23, the Public Security Jujitsu Team won 4 gold, 5 silver and 5 bronze medals.

This year’s edition gathered in 300 officials, coaches and athletes from 17 provinces, cities and sectors nationwide.

Competitors contested in Newaza Gi, Newaza NoGi, Fighting and Contact categories for men’s weight groups from 56 to 94kg and women’s weight groups from 45 to 70kg, as well as in Duo Show and Duo Classic events for male and female pairs.

The Public Security Jujitsu Team participated with 12 athletes competing in various fighting categories, and won a total of 14 medals, including 4 golds.Notably, fighter Le Minh Nhut won 2 gold medals in the Newaza Gi and NoGi events, Nguyen Cao Huu Thong claimed 1 gold in the Fighting event and the pair Sai Cong Nguyen and Nguyen Anh Tung earned 1 gold in the Duo Classic men’s category.

Although Jujitsu remains a relatively new discipline, the Public Security Jujitsu Team has made remarkable progress, with its fighters demonstrating strong expertise, solid competition experience and significant improvement.

Further, athletes from the Public Security Forces trained hard; as a result, they have achieved good results at this year’s championship.
