Quang Ninh Police promptly assist foreign national with urgent immigration procedures

The foreign national named Porubova Alina, a Russian national employed at the Army Quang Ninh Education Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, needed to return to her home country as quickly as possible since her kin who used to live abroad has come back to Russia and is suffering serious illness.

Earlier on June 2, her employer submitted an application on the National Public Service Portal, requesting the local competent agency to handle visa- and residency- related procedures for her. Upon receiving the request, the Immigration Division immediately reviewed the case and fast-tracked the paperwork in full compliance with the regulations.

Within just two working hours, all necessary procedures were completed, allowing Ms. Alina to finalize her travel arrangements without delay.

Deeply appreciating the swift assistance, Ms. Alina and her company sent a thank-you letter to the Immigration Division, praising the in-charge officers for their high sense of responsibility, professionalism, and dedicated service.
