Vinh Long police officers joining Khmer language training course

The three-month course brings together 49 officers and enlistees from provincial police divisions and communal police stations in the province. 

During the course, lecturers equip participants with fundamental knowledge of the Khmer language, with a focus on reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.

At the ceremony, a leader of the Department’s Organization and Personnel Division urged participants to uphold their sense of responsibility and effectively apply the knowledge and skills taught, stressing that Khmer proficiency would enhance their ability to fulfill their professional duties in the reality.

Following the ceremony, participants learn Khmer according to a curriculum combined between theory and practice, ensuring that they can effectively use the language at work.
