Deputy Director of the Department of Party and Political Affairs Senior Colonel Nguyen Thi Thuy Thanh, Vice Chairwoman cum General Secretary of the Vietnamese Public Security Sports Association, attended the meeting.
Meanwhile, Chairman of the Venue Selection Committee of the WFPG Federation Danny Bodycoat headed the visiting delegation attending the meeting.

Speaking at the meeting, Senior Colonel Nguyen Thi Thuy Thanh thanked Mr. Danny Bodycoat and leaders of the WPFG Federation for their coordination with the Vietnamese side to work on a plan to survey sports facilities to be used for the WPFG 2029.
The host wished to receive collaboration and support from the WPFG Federation in the preparation for the coming sports event, and affirmed that Vietnam’s MPS is committed to successfully organizing WPFG 2029.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Venue Selection Committee of the WFPG Federation Danny Bodycoat expressed his delight at Vietnam’s hosting of WPFG 2029.
The guest underlined that Vietnam is considered one of the safest countries in the world, with its capital Hanoi honored as a “City for Peace”, and added that WPFG 2029 to be held in Vietnam will not only help promote the country's international position but also show international confidence in Vietnam's ability to organize major events.
It is also an opportunity for Vietnam to introduce the country's culture, hospitality and potential of tourism to international friends.

Earlier, from November 11th to November 14th, the delegation conducted a field trip to sports venues to decide if Vietnam's facilities meet all criteria for hosting of the WPFG 2029.
