Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung holds July 2025 citizen meeting

During the meeting, citizens with complaints and denunciations briefed the deputy minister and representatives from the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Public Security on their cases and submitted relevant documents and evidence in support of their petitions to the officials.

After listening to the petitioners and scanning their submitted documents, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung requested the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Public Security to receive and summarize all the cases involving the Ministry of Public Security as well as public security units and agencies.

The inspection agency will then send leaders of the involved public security units and agencies official requests to handle the casesin accordance with legal regulations.

For complaints and denunciations beyond the Ministry of Public Security’s jurisdiction and responsibilities, citizens were guided to submit their petitions to the appropriate authorities.

Based on the outcomes of the meeting, the Ministry Inspectorate will also have to advise leaders of the ministry to issue an official document on the cases related to the Public Security Forces in line with the laws, as well as to urge the involved public security units and agencies resolve the cases in line with the instructions of the Ministry of Public Security’s leadership.
