Speaking at the meeting, Senior Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang hailed the results achieved by the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee, the Party Committee of the Department of Planning and Investment, and the Van Lang District Party Committee in implementing Directive No. 12 and Resolution No. 88 in the past time.
In the coming time, Senior Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang suggested that the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee continue to lead local agencies, units and Party organizations to protect internal political security, ensure economic security, prevent and struggle against manifestations of deterioration in ideology, morality and lifestyle, step up the fight against corruption, negative acts and group interests, allocate investment capital sources reasonably and effectively, review and develop mechanisms and policies to attract non-budget investment, especially foreign investment, in the province.
