Ministry of Public Security speeds up Project "Big Data Center
MPS - Deputy Minister of Public Security Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung had a meeting with the Department of Professional Records and Archives and related units on the implementation of the project to build a "Big data center of the Ministry of Public Security", on May 23, 2023, in Hanoi.

At the meeting, delegates focused on clarifying difficulties in realizing the project and proposed solutions to them.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung recognized and praised the Department of Professional Records and Archives and related units for their effort and close coordination in the implementation of the project to build "Ministry of Big Data Center". Police".

He emphasized that this is a key strategic project of the Ministry of Public Security, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung requested, the Department of Professional Records should focus gather data and information to outline the project, record ideas and opinions from relevant agencies and units and experts to soon complete the outline of the project and report it to the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security and the Steering Committee of Project 06 of the Ministry of Public Security.
Additionally, it should coordinate with relevant agencies and units to review related laws, complete a set of legal documents on the management, operation and exploitation of the Big Data Center, as well as develop human resources to run the center in the future.
The department should also consult international partners and learn other countries’ experience in building such a big data center.
