The Deputy Minister requested that public security units and agencies should reach consensus on the perception of the work,  renovate their mindsets on the work and innovate their approaches to prevent and combat illegal entry and exit in the current context.

He called on relevant forces to effectively combine administrative and professional measures with scientific and technical applications in grasping the situation and performing their tasks, as well as to advise their superiors to amend legal loopholes, contributing to effectively controlling illegal entry and exit while creating most favorable conditions for both Vietnamese citizens and foreign expats to legally enter and exit the country.
