On the basis of Vietnamese and international laws, the Ministry of Public Security hereby declares “Viet Tan” to be a terrorist group since it has apparently conducted terrorist activities against Vietnam and its people.

Pursuant to Decree No. 93/2024/ND-CP issued on July 18, 2024 by the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Decree No. 122/2013/ND-CP dated October 11, 2013 on the suspension of circulation, freezing, sealing, sequestration and handling of money and assets related to terrorism and terrorism financing, and listing of organizations and individuals related to terrorism and terrorism financing:
