The forum also featured thematic discussions on tourism security and international police education cooperation, and released key publications, such as the 2025 Annual Report of the Forum and the 2025 Global Public Security Index Report.

Notably, for the first time, the index introduced assessment criteria for artificial intelligence (AI) security, alongside traditional criteria for law and order, counter-terrorism, traffic safety and cybersecurity.

At the forum, the Vietnamese representative delivered a presentation titled “Joint Strategy: Addressing Global Security Challenges and Risks in the New Era”, proposing measures to strengthen political trust, promote multilateralism, expand international cooperation, and ensure substantive and effective information sharing.

These recommendations contributed to advancing common solutions to global security challenges for peace, stability and development worldwide.
