"Recently, the Bac Ninh Provincial Police Department resolutely and synchronously deployed professional measures, successfully dismantling a criminal ring involved in the large-scale illegal manufacture, storage, use and trading of military weapons. The local police have arrested and initiated criminal proceedings against 16 suspects, seizing 10 guns, 55,628 lead pellets, and numerous other items of physical evidence.

Initial investigation results revealed that the suspects had invested in specialized machinery and equipment to produce military weapons, operating through a closed-loop system spanning manufacturing, promotion, distribution, transportation, and payment processing to evade detection and prosecution by investigative authorities.

This is an outstanding feat that demonstrates the high sense of responsibility, ingenuity, and sharp professional acumen of the Bac Ninh Provincial Police Department in executing the directives of the Central Public Security Party Committee and the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security on preventing and combating crimes related to the illegal manufacture and trading of weapons, explosives, and support instruments.

The successful investigation has made a practical contribution to mitigating the consequences of firearm-related crimes, deterring and preventing criminal activities, and bolstering the public’s trust and affection for the People’s Public Security Forces.
