Minister Luong Tam Quang hosts meeting with children of personnel of the Belarusian Interior Ministry

Belarusian Ambassador to Viet Nam Uladzimir Uladzimiravich Baravikou also attended the meeting.

Warmly welcoming the delegation, Minister Luong Tam Quang affirmed that exchange visits for the children of wounded and fallen officers as well as active personnel between the Ministry of Public Security of Viet Nam and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus have become a fine tradition maintained by the two ministries for many years.

On this occasion, Minister Luong Tam Quang expressed his gratitude to the Belarusian Minister of Internal Affairs for his thoughtful attention and hospitable arrangements during the visit of the delegation of children of Vietnamese public security officers to Belarus from August 3 to 15.

Minister Luong Tam Quang shared that he had instructed relevant units under the Ministry of Public Security of Viet Nam to extend the warmest and most attentive reception to the young visitors, ensuring they feel as comfortable and welcomed as if they were in their own homeland.

According to the schedule, during their stay in Viet Nam, the delegation visits and explores scenic landmarks and cultural sites in Ha Noi, Quang Ninh, Ninh Binh and Da Nang.

Minister Luong Tam Quang expressed his hope that the journey would provide the young delegates with memorable experiences, giving them opportunities to admire Viet Nam’s natural beauty, learn about its rich history and culture and experience firsthand the genuine warmth, friendliness and hospitality that the Vietnamese people hold for their Belarusian friends.

The Minister also hoped that the delegates would have future opportunities to return to Viet Nam, discover more cultural heritage sites, reunite with Vietnamese friends, and continue nurturing the close bond between the younger generations of the two nations.

In a warm and open conversation with the children, Minister Luong Tam Quang expressed confidence that their time in Viet Nam would leave them with joyful memories and lasting impressions. He wished them good health and success in their studies, encouraging them to uphold their families' proud traditions, grow into responsible citizens contributing to the development of Belarus, and remain lifelong friends of Viet Nam.
