Speaking at the event, Minister Luong Tam Quang emphasized that, throughout all stages of the Vietnamese revolution, under the sound leadership of the Party and the management of the State, coordination among the Public Security Forces, the military and the foreign sector has been natural, seamless and strategically “symbiotic,” contributing significantly to fulfilling the country’s development and defence and security missions.

To elevate tripartite coordination to a new height and become closer, faster, deeper, more solid and effective, the three ministries jointly developed and signed the Coordination Regulation, which can help themselves to successfully accomplish the tasks entrusted by the Party, the State and the people.

The regulation, which comprehensively covers all areas of cooperation among the ministries, has an annual ministerial-level meeting mechanism to ensure that coordination among the three ministries achieves its highest objectives.

On the occasion of the upcoming 81st founding anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army and the 36th “All-People’s National Defence” Festival, Minister Luong Tam Quang extended his best regards to the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defence and all leaders, officers and soldiers of the Vietnam People’s Army.

He expressed his hope that the Vietnam People’s Army will continue to uphold its heroic traditions, honor the “Determined to Win” flag, strengthen the all-people’s national defence posture in association with the people’s security posture and always stand side by side with the People’s Public Security Forces and the foreign sector in advancing the Party’s glorious revolutionary cause.
