Politburo works with Public Security Central Party Committee’s Standing Board

The meeting were attended by representatives from the Party Central Committee’s Commissions, the Office of the Party Central Committee, the Central Military Commission, the Subcommittee for Documents of the 14th National Party Congress, the National Assembly’s Committee on National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs, as well as the Party Committees of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Finance.

After listening to a report of the Standing Board of the Public Security Central Party Committee on the preparations for the 8th Congress of the Public Security Central Party Organization, the Politburo acknowledged that the active, proactive, thorough and serious preparation work of the Public Security Central Party Committee had prepared for the event in a serious, careful and efficient manner.

The Politburo assessed that the draft documents and personnel plans for the 8th Public Security Central Party Organization Congress had a coherent and scientific organization, basically meeting the criteria set out in Directive No. 45-CT/TW issued by the Politburo.

At the working session, the Politburo agreed with the plan on the organization of the 8th Congress of the Public Security Central Party Organization proposed by the Standing Board of the Public Security Central Party Committee.

On the basis of the outcomes of the working session, the Politburo requested the Standing Board of the Public Security Central Party Committee to gather the opinions and ideas given by Party and State leaders and high-ranking officials during the meeting in order to finalize the draft documents and personnel plans for the congress.

The Politburo also instructed the Standing Board of the Public Security Central Party Committee to continue the preparative work and thoroughly check all steps of the organization work with the aim of making the 8th Congress of the Public Security Central Party Organization perfectly exemplify a success of the ministerial-level  Party congress.
