Voters raised various questions and recommendations related to economic development, social security and welfare, environmental protection, public order and security, traffic safety, law building, and completion of the legal system. Voters also asked local authorities at all levels to prevent and fight black credit in the area more effectively, stamp out criminal gangs, and resolutely handle drivers using drugs and alcohols. Many voters also showed their concerns over false information and articles inciting violence or containing uncultured details on the internet. Voters suggested issuing regulations to strictly handle cases of posting distorted or untrue information on social networks, causing public worries and anxieties.
Minister To Lam informed voters of the planned agenda for the upcoming 7th session of the 14th NA and clarified various issues of the voters’ concern. He also emphasized that the Ministry of Public Security would take strong actions against crimes and legal violations in the time to come.
General Lam expressed his hope that the Ministry of Public Security would continue receiving supports and recommendations from authorities at all levels, organizations and people so it can mobilize the joint strength of the whole political system and the society to suppress crimes and social evils.
