Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, Deputy Minister of Public Security, attended and delivered a speech at the opening ceremony.

98 outstanding lecturers from eight public security academies and universities participated in this year's ministerial-level competition, which sees the largest-ever number of participants in such a competition. They compete in five fields, including political theory and social sciences, law, Public Security Forces’ professional knowledge, foreign languages, defense education, and martial arts.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To affirmed that the competition is an opportunity for teachers from public security schools to improve their pedagogical methods and exchange experience with their colleagues.

It also provides an opportunity for relevant agencies to evaluate the results of the excellent teaching movement amongst public security schools and lecturers.
The Deputy Minister wished the lecturers participating in the competition would be calm, confident and achieve the best results.
