Senior Colonel Le Ngoc Chau, Commander of the Mobile Police Command chaired the closing ceremony.

In 2021, leaders of the Ministry of Public Security assigned the Mobile Police Command to host the third training course for first-year students from the People's Security Academy, People's Police Academy, People's Public Security Academy of Politics, People's Security University, People's Police University, University of Fire Prevention and Fighting, and Public Security University of Technology and Logistics.

The first-year cadets were trained in military knowledge, martial arts, tactics, physical training, use of weapons and combat gears, and other skills for their future missions of protecting national security and maintaining social order.
After 5 months, despite adverse impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic as well as harsh weather, the trainees had successfully completed the training program as scheduled.

During the course, cadets also experienced a disciplined, collective environment of armed combat units as well as participated in various cultural and sporting activities.
At the closing ceremony, the Mobile Police Command awarded certificates of course completion to the trainees and presented awards to training teams and officers who made great achievements in organizing the training course as well as to students with excellent training records.

At the closing ceremony, the graduates of the third training course performed some skills they learnt from the course, including real-force drills and martial arts.
