On December 11, the unit, in collaboration with the Minh Dieu Communal People's Committee, held a ceremony to hand over a “Comradeship House” to Mr. Vo Van Tuoi, a retired police officer who used to worked at the Hoa Binh District Police Station. He is currently living with his wife and two disabled children n Minh Dieu Commune, Hoa Binh district). The house, costing VND 50 million funded by the district police, is built on over 60m2 of the family’s land.
On this occasion, leaders of the Hoa Binh District Police Station visited and offered over VND 22 million in cash to Lieutenant Nguyen Viet Canh, a needy officer of the Vinh Hau A Communal Police Post under the Hoa Binh District Police Station.
* On the same day, the Youth Union Chapter under the Bac Lieu Provincial Police Department, in collaboration with the Hung Hoi communal authority in Vinh Loi district, held a ceremony to break ground for a charitable home of the family of Tran Thi Thu Ngan, a poor Khmer household in Nuoc Mang village of Hung Hoi commune. The 40m2 house costs VND 40 million in total, funded by benefactors, the family and the project "Dream up" run by youths of Bac Lieu provincial police.
Later, the unit collaborated with local authorities and Tran Quoc Toan Primary School in Hung Hoi commune to present a scholarship and a package of necessities to Thach Quy (born 2012), an orphan living with his poor elderly grandmother in Hung Hoi commune.
