Dong Thap police present gifts to children of fallen public security officers

In My An Hung commune, delegates visited and presented gifts to Ho Gia Bao (born in 2015) and Ho Minh Thu, children of late Major Ho Tan Duong, former Deputy Head of the Criminal, Economic and Narcotics Investigation Police Team of the Lap Vo District Police Station, who sacrificed his life while pursuing criminals in 2022.

In Thuong Phuoc border commune, the delegation visited Nguyen Ho Gia Hung (born in 2009) and Nguyen Ho Gia Thinh (born in 2019), children of Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Son, former Deputy Chief of Phu Thuan B Communal Police Station (now Long Phu Thuan commune). Lieutenant Colonel Son passed away in 2023 due to a serious illness.

With his mother working far from home and his younger brother still too small to live independently, Hung has had to take care of himself. Despite facing several hardships, he has remained diligent in his studies and achieved good academic results.

The gifts reflected the care of the Dong Thap Provincial Police Department for the young generation at the beginning of the new school year, helping nurture their dreams and encouraging them to strive for a brighter future.
