MPS builds kindergarten for children in Cao Bang

The ceremony was attended by Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Pham The Tung; Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee Phan Thang An; and Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee and Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial People’s Committee Le Hai Hoa.

Soc Ha Kindergarten is a project marking the 85th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s return to the country to directly lead the Vietnamese revolution after 30 years he had been seeking the path to national salvation (January 28, 1941–2026).

Commencing on September 3, 2025 and completed on January 27, 2026, the project was presented by the Ministry of Public Security as a gift to the people of Soc Ha, Truong Ha commune.

Built on an area of more than 7,520 square meters, the facility comprises eight main classrooms, two specialized classrooms, an administrative building, a kitchen, an outdoor playground and a fully integrated system of functionally specialized rooms.

The school meets national standards for preschool education with a modern design, contributing to improved teaching and learning conditions for ethnic minority children in Truong Ha commune.

Addressing the ceremony, Deputy Minister Pham The Tung emphasized that the project holds profound political, historical and social significance, contributing to revolutionary tradition education and socio-cultural development. 

He added that it reflects the special attention of the Party, the State and the Ministry of Public Security to the cause of education, particularly in remote, border and ethnic minority areas.

The Deputy Minister noted that the project to build Soc Ha Kindergarten reflects a timely and humane policy, and its significance is far beyond a physical educational facility as the project stands as a vivid symbol of the close bond between the Public Security Forces and the people of Cao Bang Province.

At the ceremony, under the authorization of Member of the Politburo and Minister of Public Security General Luong Tam Quang, Deputy Minister Pham The Tung and Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee Phan Thang An presented gifts from Minister Luong Tam Quang to policy beneficiary families in Truong Ha commune.

On this occasion, leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and Cao Bang Province also presented books, schoolbags and learning supplies to disadvantaged students in Truong Ha Commune and offered 1,000 Tet gifts to local residents.
