MPS builds kindergartens in Cao Bang province

Member of the CPV Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long attended the inauguration ceremony for the Coc Pang Kindergarten Branch in Coc Pang Commune and the groundbreaking ceremony for the Khuoi Vin Kindergarten Branch in Ly Bon Commune on August 28, 2026.

Driven by the care and concern of Member of the Politburo and Minister of Public Security General Luong Tam Quang for students in disadvantaged areas, construction of the Coc Pang Kindergarten Branch commenced on June 19 and reached completion on August 28, 2026. The fully integrated facility features includes: three classrooms, two staff quarters rooms, a kitchen and enclosed sanitation facilities, perimeter fencing, a entrance gate, a concrete playground, and essential learning and living equipment

Speaking at the inauguration, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Long emphasized that the Party and State consistently regard education and training as a top national priority, viewing youth care as a direct investment in the nation's future. In remote, border, and ethnic minority regions, ensuring adequate educational conditions improves instruction quality, reinforces public trust, and builds a solid foundation for local political and security posture. He affirmed that the Public Security Forces will continue partnering with local authorities to support social welfare initiatives for disadvantaged communities.

At the groundbreaking ceremony for the Khuoi Vin Kindergarten Branch, Deputy Minister Long noted that the project will significantly improve educational and living standards for children in border regions.

He requested the Cao Bang Provincial People’s Committee to direct relevant departments to expedite administrative procedures and site clearance. He also instructed the Cao Bang Provincial Police to coordinate with military and Border Guard forces to guarantee security and safety throughout construction. The contractor was urged to mobilize personnel and equipment to complete construction safely and efficiently.

The project will comprise 3 classrooms, 3 function rooms, 1 kitchen, playground, auxiliary facilities, and educational equipment. It is expected to be completed in 3 months’ time.
