Against the backdrop of rapid, complex and unpredictable global and regional developments with transnational crime, high-tech crime, drug-related crime, international fraud and human trafficking on the rise and becoming increasingly sophisticated and dangerous, Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen proposed that Vice Minister Valeria Csukasi continue promoting delegation exchanges at all levels to enhance mutual understanding, share experiences, and coordinate activities in relevant fields.
