The Vietnamese delegation made a strong impression by winning the third place at its first official participation in the international event.

The competition brought together 12 teams from three countries, namely Vietnam, Russia and Belarus, which were from experienced units of the three countries specializing in training and employing working dogs for operation related to security and social order.

The Vietnamese team included two dynamic duos of trainers and police dogs, which had undergone rigorous and long-term training back home.

This year’s competition events were designed to closely simulate real operational scenarios, including tracking, explosive detection, target attack and VIP protection. Each discipline required high precision, seamless coordination and strong mutual trust between the trainers and their dogs.

Although facing their strong competitors, the Vietnamese team demonstrated composure, confidence, discipline and professionalism throughout the competition.

Securing the third team place in their debut participation, the team showed the growing quality of the working dog training within the Vietnamese Mobile Police Command  as well as the increasing capacity of the Vietnamese Public Security Forces to integrate and compete effectively in international professional arenas.
