The event took place just before the opening of the 78th National Public Security Conference.
In front of the portrait of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegates from the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security all expressed their respect and infinite gratitude for His great merits and glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and the Vietnamese people in general, and the People's Public Security Forces in particular, as well as pledged absolute loyalty to the Party, the State, the Fatherland, the People and the socialist regime.
They also assured that the Public Security Forces will always be ready to sacrifice themselves "for the country and for the people ", protect "the Party as themselves", preserve their "honor as the most sacred and noble", and successfully completed all tasks assigned by the Party, State and People.
