The newly-built Lang Chuong school branch of the Hung Loi Kindergarten is a gift from Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Public Security Central Party Committee and Minister of Public Security General Luong Tam Quang to the ethnic minority children in Hung Loi commune, Yen Son district.
The project consists of three classrooms, one kitchen, a playground, a gate and fencing.

The school project is a turnkey contract which is co-sponsored by MPS, the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB Bank), AMACCAO Group and local authorities.
The inspection aimed to assess the construction progress and quality as well as consider building more auxiliary facilities to best support the teaching and learning activities of the school.
Speaking at the working session, Major General Nguyen Hong Nguyen underlined that, thanks to the strong determination and coordination of all involved agencies, especially units under the MPS Office, local police forces and the Yen Son district authorities, the Lang Chuong school branch was basically completed in just 45 days from groundbreaking while meeting all structural, technical and architectural standards and ensuring labor safety of all workers.

Following the site inspection, Major General Nguyen Hong Nguyen requested that local authorities and relevant units continue to work closely with MPS to complete remaining auxiliary components, such as accommodations, kitchen, library and clean water system so as to hand over and put the school into operation as soon as possible.
Highlighting the profound significance of the Lang Chuong school branch, Major General Nguyen Hong Nguyen expressed his belief that the project marks the beginning of many similar initiatives in the future, contributing to the long-term sustainable development of the country through investment in human resources.
