The program was participated in by members of the Youth Union, the Women's Union and the Trade Union chapters of the seven departments under the Ministry of Public Security, namely the Office of the Criminal Investigation Authority, the Environmental Police Department, the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order, the Public Security Department of Science, Strategy and History, the Inspection Committee of the Public Security Central Party Committee, the Institute of Science and Technology, and the Investigation Faculty of the People's Police Academy.

Voluntary blood donation is a deeply humane activity, and a beautiful culture of each individual blood donor, family and the whole society.
Blood is a precious special medicine that can only be donated from those with kind hearts, who have great affection and responsibility to the community.
On this occasion, the organizing committee also arranged a working group to provide electronic identification accounts for officers and soldiers at the People's Public Security participating in the event.
