Police build new home for family of fallen officer in Hau Giang

MPS - The Hau Giang Provincial Police Department has recently handed over a “Comradeship” home to Vo Tan Phong, the son of fallen police officer Vo Van Tron, who used to work the Hau Giang Provincial Police Department.

Officer Vo Tan Phong, born in 1972, residing in Mua Xuan hamlet, Tan Phuoc Hung commune, Phung Hiep district, Hau Giang province, has faced housing difficulty for a long time.

The Hau Giang Provincial Police Department reported the situation to leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and got the permission to build a new home for the son of the fallen police officer.

The local police unit extracted 150,000,000 VND from the People's Public Security Comradeship Fund to build the house.

On the morning of February 1, 2024, before the Lunar New Year of the Dragon, under the authority the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security, the Hau Giang Provincial Police Department handed over the new house to Mr. Vo Tan Phong.
