MPS - In response to the special emulation movement to celebrate the 80th founding anniversary of the People’s Public Security Forces, the Women’s Union chapters of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Police Department and the Cao Bang Provincial Police Department jointly held a "Supporting Children to School" charity program at Binh Long Primary and Secondary School in Hoang Viet commune, Hoa An district, Cao Bang province.

All of the students at the school are children of ethnic minority communities, and they face numerous challenges in their daily lives and studies.

With the aim of encouraging students to attend school and helping them have a happy and cozy traditional Tet Festival, the delegation presented them with numerous gifts, including 52 bicycles, 70 warm coats, 200 kilograms of rice, warm blankets, school supplies as well as cakes and candies.

The gifts reflect the heartfelt sentiments of all the members of the Women's Union chapters of Vinh Phuc Provincial Police Department and Cao Bang Provincial Police Department as well as the goodwill of benefactors for the disadvantaged students in Binh Long Primary and Secondary School.

Hopefully, the gifts would relieve the school’s difficulties and encourage the students to study harder and achieve better academic results.
