Ms. Hoang Thi Ha's family is an especially difficult circumstance needing social support in Muong Giang commune. Although regularly having sickness, Ms. Ha has to raise her two young grandchildren. They lived in a shabby, dilapidated house.
After surveying the local situation, the Son La Traffic Police Division in coordination with the Muong Giang communal authority decided to build a new house for Ms. Hoang Thi Ha’s family.

The new 60 m² house was built according to the three-strong standards, costing approximately 120 million VND.
The construction cost was covered by donations from police officers and enlistees of the Son La Traffic Police Division, while the local people directly participated in the construction of the house.
In addition, the Waterway Traffic Police Team under the Son La Traffic Police Division mobilized social resources to pave a 50m road leading to Ms. Ha’s new house and buy her some furniture.
On the occasion, the Son La Traffic Police Division also presented 100 life vests to local people and students.
