Ca Mau police offer free eye check-ups and eyeglasses to local people

The program offered eye screenings, vision tests and refraction measurements for more than 1,000 students and elderly citizens. People and children with weak eyesight were given medical advice, eye care guidance, free medication and eyeglasses.

Earlier, the Division of Cybersecurity and Hi-tech Crimes of the Ca Mau Provincial Police Department had mobilized social benefactors to fund for the program.

The meaningful program reflects the care and sense of responsibility of the provincial police and local authorities for public health, particularly for disadvantaged students and senior citizens. 

It also promotes the national tradition of gratitude and solidarity one the one hand, and the positive image of the Ca Mau police force among the people on the other.
