Deputy Minister Nguyen Ngoc Lam holds November 2025 citizen meeting

Inspector General of the Ministry of Public Security Major General Bui Quang Thanh attended the meeting.

During the meeting, citizens with complaints and denunciations briefed the Deputy Minister and representatives from the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Public Security on their cases, and submitted relevant documents and evidence related to their petitions to the officials.

After listening to the petitioners and taking a quick look at their submitted documents, Deputy Minister Nguyen Ngoc Lam requested the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Public Security to receive and summarize all the cases involving the Ministry of Public Security as well as public security units and agencies.

The inspection agency will then send leaders of the involved public security units and agencies official requests to solve the cases in accordance with legal regulations.

For complaints and denunciations, which are beyond the Ministry of Public Security’s jurisdiction and responsibilities, citizens were guided to submit their petitions to the appropriate authorities.
