
Minister Luong Tam Quang attends MoU signing ceremony with Russian technology partners
Within the framework of his visit to Russia to attend the first International Security Forum organized by the Russian Security Council, Minister of Public Security General Luong Tam Quang attended the signing ceremony of Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in technology, security and digital infrastructure between Vietnamese enterprises and partners from the Russian Federation, on the morning of May 26 (local time) in Moskva.

Speaking at the ceremony, Director of the Department of Cybersecurity and Hi-tech Crimes under the Ministry of Public Security Lieutenant General Le Xuan Minh emphasized that, in the context of rapid scientific and technological development, such areas as artificial intelligence, big data, microchips, quantum technology, cybersecurity and digital infrastructure are increasingly needed for development, governance, data protection and ensuring security for information systems.

Thus, the MoUs signed at the ceremony marked an initial step for the parties to further discuss technology transfer, human resource training, research and development, as well as the testing and deployment of specific products and solutions.
Lieutenant General Le Xuan Minh expressed his belief that, following the signing ceremony, the involved enterprises of the two sides would maintain regular exchanges and promptly concretize the agreed contents into practical and effective products and cooperation models in accordance with the laws and regulations of each country, thereby contributing to further deepening the Vietnam and the Russia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and long-term trusted relations between the two nations.
