The school is designed as a multi-level, boarding educational facility dedicated to underprivileged and vulnerable children, as well as those from ethnic minority communities in the Mekong Delta.

In just over two months, the former police station has been completely transformed into a modern educational complex. The facility now features 33 classrooms, an administrative block, a library, specialized functional rooms, and 74 dormitory rooms to meet students' residential needs, alongside a synchronized infrastructure system fully prepared for the upcoming academic year.
